IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: While he is not opposed, it would take a bit of work to get him to trust somebody enough to touch him. He's usually only got his hands on people when he's feeding and/or making limbs and heads come off. Dirty business, that.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: have you seen the man work
RELATIONSHIPS: Any sort of romantic relationship will definitely take a slow burn (which is fine with me, I love slow burns) as he is extremely closed off due to past trauma and generally does not trust people easily or let others in. It will take a lot of time and conversation to get him to open up. Phyre is panromantic and leans heavily demisexual. While he is not unfamiliar with using sex to feed, he only finds it meaningful if he has an emotional attachment to the other person. If there would be any intimacy it would likely be initiated through the kiss (vampire's bite) rather than the actual sex act as this is how vampires in WoD experience sexual pleasure - which could still be fun to write! Phyre does show some romantic inclinations in the game so I wouldn't be at all against that at all. He is also capable of casting Blush of Life which allows his body to appear and perform as a normal mortal's would for a short period. I do not believe his Humanity is anywhere close to 9 or 10 even after Fabien, so he would still need this ability to have sex as mortals do. This does, however, cost him blood and hastens his need to feed.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: As an Elder he has a pretty strong mental barrier but at certain canonpoints (torpor/marked) he is vulnerable to such things! He also possesses telekinesis.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Phyre is a Tremere vampire, a master of thaumaturgy (a form of blood magic). A more in-depth explanation can be found here! I do not play him with the other clans' powers as I think this is not only too powerful but it's also not in the tabletop source material. He only has his Tremere bloodline powers.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's dead. No heartbeat, no breath, no working anatomy. Can be pretty cold. According to the core rulebook "non thin-blooded vampires must use Blush of Life to use touch screens such as those on smart phones unaided, which don't work without the skin moisture and conductivity of the living." For all texting and phone-related conversations, Phyre is assumed to be wearing conductive gloves (after some hilarious anger at not being able to work a phone and being aided by his local Nosferatu tech helpers).

Other than that, he has a sense of justice he adheres to when it comes to vampire society and protecting the Masquerade and even if he will uphold this even if he must eliminate those who are under the banner of "allies." For the greater good and all that.

He carries himself with the dignity of a 400 year old vampire who has traveled more of the world than most his age; he knows his reputation precedes him but is also aware of the Court and its expected proprieties such as paying respects to the Prince of a city upon entering their domain.
AURAL: Faint magical hums, a thrum of energy in the air. Scholarly, almost calculated manner of speaking. Speaks in a Balkan accented monotone.
OLFACTORY: The smell of old books and dust. Sandalwood, myrrh, sage, candlewax, petrichor, patchouli. A faint hint of blood. Whatever herbs or incense he used in his last ritual, probably.
